 Since\nits foundation in 1945, Schmidt-Visbek is known for the highest quality and\ninnovation in the window and door industry. As pioneers, the company has always\nintegrated and developed the latest technologies. In the production area of about\n22,000 m\u00b2, high-quality windows and front doors made of wood, PVC and aluminium\nare manufactured, already in the third generation. The products are sold\nthroughout Europe, with locations in Denmark, the Netherlands, Ireland, Spain\nand Portugal.

\nDay-to-day production at SCHMIDT-VISBEK<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

Every day,\nsteel profiles for around 160 windows are processed at the HECHT<\/b> cutting\ncenter. Five different profiles are used, which, in combination with a Schirmer\nsystem, deliver the required quantity. Special attention is paid to efficient\nbundle cutting, which enables the processing of specific profiles on the steel\nsaw.

\nThe automatic steel saw from HECHT<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

HECHT’s<\/b> cutting center has been an\nindispensable part of the production process since 2021. The system was\nintegrated into the existing Schirmer system network, whereby the required data\nrecords for the saw are prepared by Schirmer. Processing takes place \u201cjust in\ntime\u201d in conjunction with the Schirmer processing center in single cut. This\nensures seamless and precise processing of the profiles with the best possible\nefficiency.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

The HECHT\ncutting center convinces through its reliability and the machine always works\nto full satisfaction. Operation is intuitive and the maintenance is minimal, which\nenables SCHMIDT-VISBEK<\/b> to continue production without interruption.
