Autumn Festival 2025: An Evening of Team Spirit and Family Moments
When HECHT employees and their families come together, a special atmosphere arises – relaxed, warm, and welcoming. That’s exactly what we experienced at this year’s autumn festival: a cozy get-together with good food, engaging conversations, and plenty of little moments to remember.
Focus on the "We": Celebrating People and Community at HECHT
A sentence that reminds us that at HECHT, it’s not only about the work itself but above all about the people behind it.
That our gathering truly deserved the name family festival was shown in many ways – not least in the lovingly selected gifts for every single employee’s child. Personalized with name tags, they were eagerly unwrapped and played with right away. Especially heartwarming was the presence of even the youngest ones: the youngest guest was just seven weeks old – and already part of the action.
The Kids' Coup Steals the Show
Later in the evening, the older children took charge. With hand-drawn flyers, they transformed the canteen into a “midnight bar” – even though it was only 7 p.m. 😉 With impressive creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, they gradually shifted the party there and were rewarded for their effort and service with generous tips. As my six-year-old daughter put it:
“It feels nice here.”
And she was right – when even children sense the special atmosphere, you know why you enjoy coming here. Not only for work but also for occasions like this.
We were also delighted to have our colleagues from Wegoma join us for the first time. And we are sure: many more shared celebrations will follow.
All in all, the autumn festival was a wonderful evening that showed once again how valuable it is to create shared experiences outside the daily work routine. A celebration that connects – and one that will be remembered for a long time.
